Desk Fees: at Simply Better Realty we are about hiring fewer, but MIGHTY, salespeople. Volume is our differentiator and we only grow as needed to maximize the potential of our current salespeople. Due to this, we do not charge desk fees and all of our systems and processes are provided. There is no guessing game of where to start unlike working for a traditional brokerage.

Leads: at Simply Better Realty your leads are provided! We utilize the best available technology to help build our salespeople’s pipeline for them. We offer this to provide a predictable and steadily growing income to build your career.

Incentivized Compensation: at Simply Better Realty we focus on growing our current salespeople and not just having hundreds of salespeople competing over the same market territories. We have a roadmap for success and your compensation grows as your business does.

Hands-On Sales Training: our team at Simply Better Realty has decades of real estate, sales, marketing and technology experience. We provide training to allow you to be a top performing agent within six months. Whether you are newer to the industry or looking to make a change, we will guide you in your journey to allow your next career move to be an impactful success.

Backend Support: we want you to keep your deals moving forward efficiently so you are able to create a robust pipeline. With that in mind, we have an involved Broker always there to assist you in the day-to-day and provide a Transaction Coordination system to keep everything on-track and on-time.

New Construction: with our new construction partnerships with local builders you will have the opportunity to leverage the communities we represent.

All systems, processes and a Transaction Coordination system provided with no desk fees!

Experience Required: One year minimum of Real Estate sales experience.

Education Required: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred if minimal sales experience)

Skills Required: strong communication skills, detailed, can handle high volume sales, solid relationship building, CRM management experience, social media, ability to manage many deals at once, strong negotiation skills, Microsoft suite programs, and schedule flexibility.
